NESYA believes in privacy.

We collect the minimum information reasonably needed to answer questions, provide services, process payments and confirm appointments. We do not use advertising trackers on this website and we do not sell personal information.

What we collect

Information you choose to provide may include your name, business name, email, phone number, service address, requested services, project notes and appointment date. A contribution to our Christmas fund involves payment and contact details collected through secure checkout.

How we use it

Only to respond to requests, provide the service or contribution acknowledgment, process payments, communicate appointment details, and maintain necessary business records. Payments are processed by Stripe; NESYA does not receive your full payment-card number. Transactional email is delivered through Resend. Cloudflare provides website infrastructure and security. These vendors may process the minimum data required to provide their services.

Privacy in the software we create

We design customer websites and software with data minimization, appropriate access controls and privacy-conscious defaults. The specific data collected by a client's finished system depends on its functions and agreed design.

Data requests

Questions about information you have submitted can be sent to nesya@nesyamaisonry.com. Avoid sending passwords, API keys or other sensitive records in public project forms.
