Service Terms & Payment Information

NESYA Maisonry provides websites, repair and troubleshooting, business software, creative and related services. A priced cart purchase covers the service described in the current catalog. Replacement hardware, software subscriptions, premium domains and third-party charges may be extra when clearly agreed before work begins.

Published fixed-price services, including listed POS packages, can be purchased through the shopping bag. Additional features or third-party costs outside the published package require a separate agreement and clear pricing before any extra charge.

Hourly and half-day/full-day services use the prices shown in the menu. A repair appointment does not guarantee that every fault can be fully resolved within the purchased time. Available times are displayed before checkout, subject to final payment confirmation.

Subscription items renew monthly until canceled under the applicable agreed terms. One-time setup fees, where displayed, are part of the first payment. Stripe presents the final amount and any applicable taxes or discounts for confirmation before payment.

If you need to change or cancel a service, request assistance before work begins. Specific cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the purchased service, work performed and applicable law; do not assume a custom service is instantly refundable after delivery has begun.

The public giving pledge commits NESYA to allocate 10% of net profits to support children experiencing homelessness in New York City. Optional Christmas Fund contributions are separate from purchases, voluntary, and are not represented as tax-deductible donations. We will not claim a fixed fundraising total without verified records. Contributions are intended to support the announced Christmas giving purpose; contact NESYA for questions about administration or a refund request.
